Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont holds events called Good Talks, which are "an opportunity for members of our community to gain a deeper knowledge and understanding of Goodwill’s work in the community and how collective investments and advocacy play a role in building pathways to prosperity for all". On March 10th their topic will be Women In Construction!! Per the event description, "During this Good Talks session, we invite you to join us as we trace the history of women in construction, their challenges and the ways they’ve been able to overcome them."
